1. General:
The following General Terms and Conditions shall be applied to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Deviant regulations
Nachstehende Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Verträge, Lieferungen und sonstige Leistungen. Abweichenden Vorschriften des Vertragspartners widersprechen wir hiermit ausdrücklich.
2. Contract partners:
The contract is concluded by Sport. Fun. Fashion. UG, Artur-Kutscher-Platz 3, 80802 München, Administrator: Doulioglou Dimitros.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract:
3.1 The presentation of the products in the Online-Shop does not represent any binding offer, but just a request to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button 'Transmit order' you place a binding order of the goods in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending your order you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order. The contract shall come into effect, if we accept your order with a order confirmation by e-mail upon receipt of the order or with the delivery of the merchandise.
4. Viewing the contract text:
The contract text shall be stored. You can view the General Contract Conditions on this page. Your precise order data are available for viewing in “Your account“ at any time.
5. Revocation Instruction:
You may declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within a period of 14 days, or, if you have received the goods before the end of this period by returning the merchandise. The revocation period commences with the receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the merchandise (in case of repeated deliveries of similar goods not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before the fulfilment of our information duties according to § 312c chapter 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with our duties arising from § 3 BGB-InfoV. (German Civil Code Disclosure Regulation), in connection with § 1 chapter 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our duties according to § 312 e chapter 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with §3 BGB-InfoV. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment. The revocation has to be addressed to:

Consequences of the revocation
In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side.
If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise – as for instance in a retail store – or putting the merchandise to its intended use. Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk. Things that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered, and if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty euros or if, where the price is higher, you have at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. In all other cases, the return shipment for you is free of charge. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation. For you the period commences with the shipment of the declaration of revocation or the merchandise, for us it commences with the receipt of it.

6. Prices:
The applicable prices shall be the prices, which are indicated on the website at the time of the order. The seller reserves the right of correction of obvious mistakes. All indicated prices are in euros and include 19 % VAT.
7. Delivery:
7.1 The delivery conditions of Sport. Fun. Fashion are stated in detail in the order form. There is no minimum order quantity. Special delivery types, requested by the customer shall be invoiced with the local additional fees.
7.2 For the estimated delivery time please refer to the product description. Unless not stated otherwise there, the delivery shall be within 30 days in case of order acceptance. Goods, which we have in stock, will be dispatched within 7 days. In case of goods not available you will immediately receive a notification by e-mail. Upon customer's request we can agree to longer delivery times.
7.3 We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries in an amount reasonable for you. Additional shall only occur in case of explicit agreement.
8. Payment:
8.1 As payment method you can chose between advance payment and cash on delivery.
8.2 In case you have chosen the payment method advance payment we will inform you about our bank details in our order confirmation. The goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.
8.3 You shall have the right to offset only in case your counterclaims have been decided by a court of law or are undoubted or accepted by us in written form.
8.4 You may execute a right of retention only as far as the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
9. Reservation of Proprietary Rights:
The goods shall remain property of Sport. Fun. Fashion until full payment.
10. Warranty/Guarantee:
10.1 The guarantee shall be effected under the legal provisions.
10.2 For information about possible manufacturer's warranties please refer to the product documentation.
11. Data Protection Declaration:

We will use your data exclusively for the processing of your order. All customer data will be stored and processed considering the appropriate regulations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG) (German Data Protection Act) and the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG) (German Tele Services Data Protection Act). You have the right of information, correction, blocking and deletion of your data at any time. In this case please contact us or send us an e-mail, letter or fax with your demand. We will not pas your personal data, including your address and your e-mail address without your express permission which can be cancelled at any time to third party. Exclusions hereof are our service providers, who require the data transmission for the order processing (e.g. the mail-order firm assigned with the delivery and the credit institute assigned with the payment processing). In these cases the amount of transmitted data shall be limited to the required minimum. In this shop we will store information about customer data in cookies only upon your request. In this case such information can be recalled upon your next visit. The data stored in cookies will make the repeated entry of your data into the forms unnecessary. You can administer the acceptance of cookies of this page in your browser and possibly block them.
12. Place of jurisdiction
Place of performance and place of jurisdiction shall be the legal seat of Sport. Fun. Fashion. For both parties if the customer is a merchant. This agreement shall be governed by German law.
